The online Encore Effect Assessment is designed to help you identify the traits and attitudes that will help you deliver remarkable performances. We are using the term "performances" to mean the way you do what you do in every aspect of your life - how you interact with your family, your coworkers, your friends, and your customers.

This assessment contains 46 statements, which are designed to identify areas of competency as well as areas where you should seek to improve your performances in order to achieve the results that you want. Rate yourself according to the scale located below each statement choosing the phrase that most describes your behavior or your propensity to do, or not do, what is asked.

If you take the time to honestly reflect on your own behavior and truthfully respond to each question, the report that is generated, once your responses are scored, will help you formulate a plan so that your "audiences" are calling you back for more.
